14 DAY ITINERARY

This 14 Day Uganda Adventure safari allows you to enjoy a safari vacation in most of Uganda’s national parks – giving you a mixture of primate and wildlife adventure experience. Trek the mountain gorillas, chimpanzees, as well as enjoying the game drive at Queen Elizabeth national park, Lake Mburo and chill at Lake Bunyonyi.

Arrival at Entebbe Airport where you will be welcomed by a Great lions safari tour guide and after transfer you to your accommodation in Kampala. Have a Dinner and Overnight  

After an early morning breakfast our drive guide will pick you from your hotel, he will give you a briefy about the 14 days Uganda safari vacation and after start your 6 hour journey to Ugandas oldest park. You will pass via the luwero triangle and later have a stop over at Zziwa sanctuary for white and black Rhino tracking. You will later proceed to Masindi town and have your lunch. After lunch we shall head to the top of the falls (these falls are the strongest in the world ) , along the way you will see various animal species (warthogs ,baboons and many others) and beautiful vegetation. Being at the top of the falls is amazing experience as you will watch the magnificent falls squeezing through the rocks of 8m gorge. Take as many photos as you can. Later you will drive to your lodge

Meal plan; FULL BOARD  

On this day you will have your early breakfast at 6;30am , after your driver guide and the ranger will pick you up from the lodge to start your game drive at 7am.During your drive you will be able to see various animals such as lions, Elephants, water bucks, giraffes, antelopes, buffaloes ,birds and many others. After your game drive at around 11:30 am drive back to the lodge as you relax and freshen up and have lunch. In afternoon you will will go for a boat cruise and you will be able to see various animal species such as Nile crocodile, hippo, buffaloes, elephants along the Nile banks as well as many beautitful bird species some singing in the tress such as the bee eaters , the coloured kingfishers, the shoe billed stork. The boat cruise will take you to the buttom of the mighty Murchison falls, when you reach, you will be able to see clearly the mighty falls. You would opt to go for hiking to the top of the falls where you will be able to meet your driver guide who will drive you to the lodge. Late in the evening relax as you enjoy the beautiful scenery of Murchison falls Meal plan; Full board  

Transfer after your early breakfast for kibale national park, but you will have a stopover in Fortportal to see the crater lakes and later have lunch from Fortportal city (tourism city centre in Uganda). After lunch you will and visit amabere caves that have a really interesting history that you dnt need to miss when you visit fortportal and later proceed to kibale National park . Check in your lodge relax, and later have Dinner and overnight.

Meal plan; Dinner  

After your morning breakfast, your driver will take you to the park information centre where you will be briefed about what to do and not to do while trekking chimpanzees. Thereafter you will set off to look for chimpanzees in the forest and experience unforgettable safari with us. Trekking may take 6-8 hours depending their location. In the process of seeing chimpanzees you will be able to spot different bad species , monkeys like black and white colobus, grey cheeked mangabey and others and various tree species as you walk through the the forest. After you will return to your lodge, have lunch and proceed to bigodi wetland to have a walk around and you will be able to see various primates such as Red tailed monkeys, baboons ,bush pigs ,otters and many different bird species such as great blue Turuco. As also associate with locals around the swamp. At the end of the day you would have received a great African experience since you will see how these people live, do their day activities among other things. Later head back to Queen Elizabeth national park and on arrival check in the lodge and have dinner and overnight Meal plan; full board  

The day begins with an early morning search for tree climbing lions and mating ground of the Uganda Kob. We search for elephants, buffaloes and other wild animals in their natural habitat before returning for lunch. In the afternoon we take on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a natural channel between Lake Edward and Lake George. Thanks to the abundant birdlife that is sighted, and the elephants, buffaloes and hundreds of hippos that are cooling off at the shores, this cruise will definitely be one of the highlights of your safari. Dinner and overnight  

Today we will depart the beautiful area of Queen Elizabeth the uganda’s second largest and most visited park and drive to the southwest. This journey will take you through Kigezi highlands and its various terraced hills, we will arrive in Bwindi late in the afternoon. And you will enjoy the beautiful views of Bwindi forest Dinner and Overnight Meal plan; Dinner  

You will have your early morning breakfast as early as 6:30am. And attend the briefying by the ranger guides of the park at 7;30am and you will be accompanied by lunch, drinking water, walking stick from your hotel. You will will then follow the rangers into the forest sanctuary for your gorilla trekking experience, this may take you about 2-8hours to find them depending their location. When you meet the gorillas you will be allowed to spend one hour with them, as you take pictures, watch how they feed and play and later return to your lodge, relax and freshen up as you will be tired. In the evening you can either go for swimming, Have dinner and overnight  

Today you will enjoy the Batwa Trail, a firsthand introduction to one of the most unique cultures worldwide. The Batwa pygmies are a forest people displaced from the rain forest they shared with mountain gorillas. This experience will give you the opportunity to learn more about their age old culture while you enjoy a hike with the Batwa guides, see how they lived and hunted, hear ancient legends and learn about medical plants. The revenue generated from these activities directly benefits the Batwa to strengthen their community. In the evening you will be transferred back to your lodge. Have dinner and Overnight

Meal plan; full board  

After breakfast we depart to Lake Bunyonyi, the second deepest lake in Africa. On arrival you will have lunch and Relax, and after proceed to take a canoe trip around the lake while you watch the beautiful birds (such as kingfisher, shoe billed and more others), islands and sunset. Have dinner and overnight at your lodge Meal plan; full board  

After breakfast we depart the magnificent lake Bunyonyi and head to Lake Mburo National Park. Lake mburo is the smallest park in Uganda, its very rich in many different bird species, wild animals such as Uganda kobs, zebras and many others . you will have your lunch from Mbarara city and we proceed. As we enter the park it is likely that you will spot some wildlife such as zebras, antelopes. After checking in you will go on a boat ride on the lake to view the rich bird life, the five lakes found in the park and many hippos that are cooling off. Late you will have your dinner and Overnight. Meal plan; Dinner  

Wake up and enjoy a four-hour horse ride safari with picnic breakfast to the park. Return late in the afternoon in time for a hot lunch. After lunch you will have to relax abit and later in the evening, have walk guided by a ranger. Lake Mburo is the only national park where you can experience a safari on foot. Have dinner and Overnight Meal plan; full board  Nature walk and Horseback safari Wake up and enjoy a four-hour horse ride safari with picnic breakfast to the park. Return late in the afternoon in time for a hot lunch. After lunch you will have to relax abit and later in the evening, have walk guided by a ranger. Lake Mburo is the only national park where you can experience a safari on foot. Have dinner and Overnight Meal plan; full board  

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Kampala. Arrive in the afternoon and check in your hotel. Have lunch and later in the day visit the craft market or African craft as well as a brief city tour. Retire at your hotel for Dinner and Overnight   

Enriched with an experience of a lifetime and unforgettable memories you will say goodbye to the Pearl of Africa. In time you will be transferred to Entebbe Airport for your international flight back home.
